Chicken and fried potatoes without oil

Ingredients:

4 Chicken Thighs

3 Red Potatoes

Trim the fat on the chicken if desired. Season with low sodium chicken seasoning.

Place the thighs in your 12 inch titanium cookware chicken fryer and set to medium/low heat.

Cut the red potatoes into cubes, add a little seasoning to them as well.

Put cubes in the pan around the chicken and cook coverd for 10-15 mins.

Flip chicken and potates and cook another 10-15 mins.

Done! The oils from the chicken fry the potatoes! No need to add oil.
