Refunds
Our refund policy is as follows:
If you receive your cookware and do not cook with it, you may return it within 30 days. You must pay the shipping cost to return. If there is any damage to the cookware due to shipping, we will send you a new piece right away. If you use the cookware, and any damage happens or it begins to stick, we will send you a new one right away, however we cannot accept returned used cookware.
