Our refund policy is as follows:

If you receive your cookware, open it up and do not like it, you may return it within 30 days. You must pay the shipping cost to return.

If you receive your cookware and there is any damage to the cookware due to shipping, we will send you a new piece right away, or you may return the set for a refund.

If you cook food in your cookware and there are any problems, you will be covered under our full warranty for 30 years. However we cannot accept a return once the cookware has been used unless there is a manufacture defect.

To further explain this, if you cook with it and decide you don’t like it because of the color, your significant other changed their mind, etc . . . you cannot return it. However if there is a flaw or defect with the cookware, you may still return it.
